The assignments list

Every placement ever created through this platform, in one scrollable table. Newest at the top. Nothing is deleted or archived.

What this page is

The dashboard homepage only shows the ten most recent placements. When you need to look up something older, or just want to browse the full history, open Assignments from the sidebar. It lists everything, with the most recent placement at the top.

You can search by worker name or client name, and filter by date range if you need a specific window.

What each column tells you

Worker
The name of the person who was placed. Clicking the row gives you the full detail view with every notification that was sent.
Client
The company the worker was sent to. Same as what was typed into the client company field on the form.
Scheduled for
The date and time the assignment starts. This is the value that determines whether the placement is marked urgent.
Created
When the placement was submitted (not when the shift starts). Useful for checking whether a placement was entered on time.
Engine
Which intake channel created this placement: the dashboard form (Python), the Google Sheet watcher, or the n8n workflow.
Urgent badge
Shows when the assignment was submitted with less than 24 hours until the start time. Orange badge, visible at a glance.
What the engine column actually means
"Engine" sounds technical, but it just tells you where the placement came from. Python means someone filled the form on this dashboard. Sheet means a row was added to the shared Google Sheet and the system picked it up automatically. n8n means the placement came through the visual workflow. All three end up in the same table and go through the same notifications. There is not a separate system for each one.

Reading a placement row

Each row is a complete record. The worker and client columns tell you who is involved. The "Scheduled for" column tells you when it starts. The "Created" column tells you when it was logged. The engine column tells you how it got here. The badge, if present, flags urgency.

If you need the full detail for a placement, including the exact text of the email that was sent and the status of every notification, click the row to open the detail view.
