The dashboard

This is the first page you see when you open the platform. Everything starts here: the headline numbers, the latest placements, and the button that kicks off a new one.

This is where you will spend most of your time

The dashboard is your home base. It shows what has happened today, flags anything urgent, and gives you one button to place a new worker. You do not need to go anywhere else for day-to-day work.

Before

Track placements across three spreadsheets, a shared inbox, and a Slack thread. Chase people to confirm emails went out.

After

One screen. Numbers at the top, latest placements below, one button to add a new one. Everything confirmed automatically.

The four tiles at the top

These update every time you load the page. They give you a fast read on how things are going without opening anything.

Total assignments
Every placement ever created through this dashboard, across all time. Good for showing overall volume at a glance.
Today
Placements created since midnight today. Useful for checking whether this morning's batch went through.
Urgent
Placements where the assignment starts within 24 hours of when the form was submitted. These show an orange badge in the table below.
Notification success rate
The share of placements where the client email, worker message, and Slack notification all went out without an error. Anything below 95% is worth a look in the Activity log.

The recent assignments table

Latest 10 placements
The table shows the ten most recent placements: worker name, client, when the assignment starts, and whether there were any notification issues. It is not the full list. For the full list, open the Assignments page from the sidebar.

The source mix card

Where placements are coming from
On the right side of the dashboard is a small card that breaks down placements by where they were created: the form on this dashboard, a Google Sheet, or the n8n workflow. This tells you which intake channel your team is actually using.
The big blue button
The "+ New assignment" button in the top right opens the placement form. That form is the subject of the next page. You can also find it in the sidebar if you are on a different page.
